PMR Series Plans are now available

PMR Series builds on the knowledge and experience gained from the PMR1 project.

  • One set of plans, four sizes of hull
  • All widths can be lengthened
  • 3D models included
  • Modular elements – each part of the craft is a standalone plan set, allowing for alternative designs. There will be an increasing list of varying designs for major craft elements – integrated, separate lift and thrust, alternative skirts, fairings, seats, even lower hull and decks
  • Hydrodynamic plough-in resistant hull
  • Common modern boat building materials and techniques
  • Off the shelf components throughout
  • Detailed drawing and instructions
  • Long development heritage – the fundamental shape and layout is drawn from as far back as the Turbo Wedge and Superwedge craft of the 1980s, many of which are still running
  • Materials estimates and sources
  • Minimal material wastage – the hull panel shapes are optimised for near zero material wastage
  • Special freeboard panels to increase seaworthiness
  • Better forward cockpit space for pilot comfort
  • Narrow sides for easier ingress and exit
