The side decks are in place in the photos as well as the front fairing. Quite a bit of work has gone in to reach this point.
This is also where you find out how square your work to date has been. If you have followed the instructions the front fairing will fit, if not time to trim.
Only one side of the panels is glassed the inside facing panels. Everything else is hot glued together until top glassing takes place.
The underside was covered in layers of glass cloth. The paint is just off the shelf paint from the local hardware store.
The magic is about to happen when the top layers of glass go on. The fairing was filled and smoothed to give a nice curve without a bump on the edges.
